API access must be enabled in order for you to connect Salesforce to LeadGenius.
Your Salesforce administrator controls your profile and permission sets, so you will need them to make these changes for you.
To Enable API Access in Salesforce Using Profile Settings
- If you are the Salesforce administrator, go to Setup.
- Next, go to Setup -> Administration -> Users and click on Profiles.
- Then, click on the Profile Name that you need to enable and click on edit.
- Scroll down to Administrative Permissions and check the API Enabled box.
- Lastly, click Save.
