Automated Plays are plays that automatically enrich your data. 

 

There are three plays that are set up for automation:

NOTE: A normal campaign can also be an automated campaign if only automatic data points are selected in the creation of the campaign.

 

Plug Holes in Account Data (Automated)

Use this play to quickly enrich Account data.

The starting dataset must include the company name and/or website.

  1. Click on Campaigns to go to the Campaigns page.
  2. Click on the Use Play button when you hover your mouse over the "Plug Holes in Account Data" card in the list of featured plays. If not listed in the featured plays, click on See all Plays to go to the Campaign Plays page and look for it here.


  3. The campaign will be automatically named.
  4. Choose how you want to add records: from CRM, from CSV, or from API.
  5. Map the existing data point with LeadGenius global dataset.

  6. Review and Confirm Campaign.

  7. Automation will start as soon as you confirm the campaign.

  8. Once done, the campaign will display the number of Reviewed Records and Invalidated Records.

The play returns standard account data

  • Company Name
  • Website
  • Employee Range
  • Revenue Range
  • Company Phone
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Industry
  • Street
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Zip

Get More Contacts for Target Accounts (Automated)

The starting dataset must include the company name and/or website.

  1. Click on Campaigns to go to the Campaigns page.
  2. Click on the Use Play button when you hover your mouse over the "Get More Contacts for Target Accounts" card in the list of featured plays. If not listed in the featured plays, click on See all Plays to go to the Campaign Plays page and look for it here.


  3. The campaign will be automatically named.

  4. Choose how you want to add records: from CRM, from CSV, or from API.
  5. Map the existing data point with LeadGenius global dataset.

  6. Choose what kind of contacts are you looking for.

  7. Set the maximum number of contacts you want for each company.

  8. Set if you want phone numbers for each contact.

  9. Review and Confirm Campaign.

  10. Automation will start as soon as you confirm the campaign.

  11. Once done, the campaign will display the number of Reviewed Records and Invalidated Records.

Enrich Inbound Leads (Automated) 

The starting dataset must include the contact email and/or company name and/or website and first name and last name.

  1. Click on Campaigns to go to the Campaigns page.
  2. Click on the Use Play button when you hover your mouse over the "Get More Contacts for Target Accounts" card in the list of featured plays. If not listed in the featured plays, click on See all Plays to go to the Campaign Plays page and look for it here.


  3. The campaign will be automatically named.

  4. Choose how you want to add records: from CRM, from CSV, or from API.
  5. Map the existing data point with LeadGenius global dataset.

  6. Choose if you want phone numbers for each contact.

  7. Set the maximum number of contacts you want for each company.

  8. Review and Confirm Campaign.

  9. Automation will start as soon as you confirm the campaign.
